Unwanted e-mails

We pay for an insurance with a children's hospital if an accident or illness occurred. That is one of those rare things you pay for and hope you never have to use.

One of my banks has a service I am not so fond of. Every time a stock goes 10% or more below my purchase price I get an e-mail notifying me.
