I continue my purchase of WPG. I am aware that it is a high risk company. That they lost a large tenant like Sears is a setback for the company.
The market is hesitant about how they will be able to rent out the large empty spaces. Personally, I think this will be positive in the end. The premises can be divided into smaller parts and updated and rented out for a higher revenue.
