Strategy

I have selected more than 70 securities that I invest in or will invest in. The wide range of securities gives me several options each time I invest.

I always follow my 5 factors, stock price, yield, dollar rate, ex-div date and if it's a monthly or quarterly pay date. Not necessarily in that order.

At the moment, I mainly concentrate on ex-div dates. If I am lucky, I can reinvest the dividend from a securities twice a month. I hope to perform better than the forecast for 2019.

Everything is a competition.
