Not easy to live as you preach

I have an acquaintance who is a bit of a climate activist. During the week, he and his family have been in the French Alps skiing. They flew down last weekend and flew home this one.

When I asked him how the skiing had been, his response was quote "The snow is disappearing! Some sections were even closed." unquote.

If you are worried about the climate, you should perhaps refrain from flying. Or does it only apply to everyone else?!
