Mission impossible, for real

I will go out on a limb and guess that one of the reasons why Mr. Elon Musk chose to agree to this crazy deal with Tesla is actually a sub-goal of transferring the company back into his private ownership. None of his other companies are listed and I assume he would have preferred Tesla to remain unlisted as well.

If he succeeds in the impossible and receives his compensation, which I sincerely hope, he would have significantly greater influence on the company and perhaps in the long run be able to regain total controll and ownership of the company.

Having the ability to create one company (or a product) that impacts the world is incredible. That Mr. Elon Musk, who created Tesla's electric car, Tesla's robot (Optimus), Starlink, Neuralink, SpaceX and The Boring Company, is UNIQUE. In my world, Mr. Elon Musk is a superstar.
