What is more sadder than having to contact Nordnet about this matter every month is Nordnet's response, that they always nonchalantly say that the dividend has already been paid. Once you get them to understand that the last payout refers to the previous month, it takes a couple of days for the payout to happen. Finally, a message will appear that payment has been made.
I once waited more than two weeks before contacting them which shows that Nordnet has no internal control to flag non-payments but relies on the holders to contact them. Which is completely understandable the first month or two, but certainly not six months later.
The first few months I was indulgent but these days I just get annoyed, mainly by their nonchalant response. The fact that both Avanza and Nordea pay out this dividend without you having to contact them shows that it is entirely possible if you want.
Below are the charts for the first ten months of the year, where the top chart shows forecast vs outcome for the year's executed dividends where I have not made any adjustments regarding acquisitions or sales made during the year.
The bottom chart shows forecast vs outcome for the year's executed dividends where adjustments for acquisitions and sales have been made during the year. Both charts include all special and or supplemental dividends made during the year.
