A newcomer to the portfolio

We have acquired a smaller number of stocks in Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund Common Stock (MSDL). Trading American stocks with Swedish money is incredibly expensive at the moment. The number of companies worth buying for us is decreasing every day thanks to the extremely weak Swedish krona.

An advantage of a weak domestic currency for us personally is that dividends increase in cents and dollars, while the disadvantage is that acquisitions become more expensive. Personally, I think the Swedish krona may recover temporarily only to lose further value in the future. Today, 1 USD costs 10.98 SEK.
