Nordea is on the naughty list...again

The world's most perfect husband's hunt (a small warning) for his missing dividend from OXLC is a never ending story. After being in the telephone queue for a long time, he finally came into contact with Nordea's customer service.

He informed them that he was missing the dividend in question. Nordea promised to check the matter and email him an answer. A couple of hours later he received an email that they had found his money and would deposit it into his account within a couple of hours.

He waited until this morning before signing in. The balance on the account before the dividend was credited to the account was $90. The payout was just over $1,300. After depositing into his account, the balance was $950. Right now he is talking to Nordea's customer service. Not even they understand what has happened. We may only have 2 banks after this call ...
