How can I as a woman get a man-cold?

My husband had a horrible cold last week. For the first time in our 25-year relationship, he did not complain once. He kept it together and worked, with a cheerful mood.

For some unclear reason, we usually do not infect each other. However, this time was different. Now I also have to hold it together when most of all I want to lie on the sofa, be taken care of and feel sorry for myself.

It's always a competition.
