It will take brave politicians to stop this

In Sweden, we have serious problems with gang crime. In one of the gangs, the leader and his closest man have become rivals. This rivalry has caused a split in the gang which has broken up into different phalanxes and the two former leaders have fled abroad.

That the former leader was arrested in Iran and imprisoned for most of last year has been confirmed by his father. His former closest man and now rival was arrested by Turkish police earlier this week but released after just 6 hours despite being internationally wanted.

The Swedish security police confirmed on Thursday that both gang leaders have been recruited by Iran and carry out attacks in Sweden against Jewish targets through their gangs. This has also been confirmed by the Israeli intelligence service Mossad, which stated that the hand grenade found earlier this year next to their embassy in Stockholm has been linked to a 14-year-old from one of these gangs. Iran disputes these allegations.

If gang criminals commit crimes on behalf of Iran on Swedish soil, they are agents and must be judged accordingly. Sweden must put hard against hard and reverse this spiral of violence. Far too many innocents have died.
