Nothing is written in stone

A week ago I sold off SCM and bought NRZ instead. This resulted in a profit of 7% and an increase in the annual dividend of 1%. Right now it was a good deal because the price of SCM has decreased and NRZ has increased.

When the yield for the SCM is higher than 10% again, I can very well buy them back again.
