Extra dividends during August 2024

Hercules Capital, Inc. Common Stock (HTGC) pays a special dividend of ¢8 on August 20, 2024. With this dividend, (HTGC) has made a special dividend in connection with the ordinary dividend throughout the year so far.

Apart from (HTGC), only FS KKR Capital Corp. Common Stock (FSK) which could conceivably make an extra dividend during August 2024 from our holdings. (FSK) should, based on experience, inform about a possible extra dividend during August shortly.

If other reporting follows the previous schedule, it will also be notified of any extra dividend from

Capital Southwest Corporation common stock (CSWC), Fidus Investment Corporation common stock (FDUS), Main Street Capital Corporation common stock (MAIN), and Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. common stock (TSLX) within the next 2-3 days.

For us, (FDUS), (MAIN) and (TSLX) are particularly important as these holdings are among the larger posts in our portfolio.
