And so it begins

My parents picked up their Tesla last Friday and drove straight to their summer house in the Stockholm archipelago. Halfway to the summer house, they called in a chaotic frenzy, wondering how they could get the AC to work in the car.

The air conditioning was set to 84°F (29°C) and even though they had the windows down, they were almost suffering from heat stroke. After a lot of back and forth I managed to guide them right on the screen so they managed to lower the temperature in the car.

Instead of staying the whole weekend in the summer house, they chose to go back to Stockholm already on Saturday as they needed our help with, among other things, activating the easy entry on the Tesla. Today mom came by and I had to help her with the app.

Perhaps we should have encouraged them to buy a petrol-powered car instead...
