In connection with receiving all the dividends today, we also took the opportunity to make a change in our portfolios. We sold all shares of Gladstone Capital Corporation Common Stock (GLAD). The reason for our decision is that GLAD has decided to do a reverse split and we have bad experience with this. Furthermore, our holding in GLAD was in the black.
We chose to invest today's payments and sales proceeds in Horizon Technology Finance Corporation Common Stock (HRZN) and Realty Income Corporation Common Stock (O).
How long this decision will stand remains to be seen. If conditions change, our decisions change.
