If it wasn't true, it would be funny

For transparency and my own agenda, I strongly dislike socialism and our previous government, the Social Democrats with the support of the Green Party and the tacit acceptance of the Left Party, who ruled Sweden for 8 years. At the last election, I voted for the current government.

In addition to one of the world's highest tax burdens, there are a number of Swedes who are so marinated in socialism that they voluntarily subscribe to Kombilotteriet, Est.1981, whose income goes exclusively to the Swedish Social Democrats.

This type of lottery is called party-political lotteries and has some exceptions to the rules. The general lottery ban, the gambling tax, the requirement for customer knowledge and the credit ban. Now a proposal has been put forward that party-political lotteries should be taxed on the same terms as other lotteries in society.

This has caused the Social Democrats in Sweden to go bananas. The Social Democrats' party secretary Tobias Baudin claims that if their lottery, Kombilotteriet, is to be taxed at 20% like other gambling lotteries, Kombilotteriet will be in the red.

That the party that is the main proponent of higher taxes complains loudly when they are taxed is monumental evidence of hypocrisy.
