My dad should be in the voluntary group but because of his upbringing with a father who almost literally imprinted in my dad's DNA that you should work and do right for yourself, he ends up in the forced group.
My dad, in turn, imprinted me with the same thing, albeit a little milder. Which makes me part of both groups for now. I hope to break the tradition, the offspring should want to work and not be forced, for whatever reason.
