Today we bought 22 shares in Ares Capital Corp (ARCC). We have set a price target of $20 on ARCC. We bought the shares at $19.36. In our opinion, a good acquisition.
If I've filled out my Google Sheet correctly, we'll have a larger number of dividends just before Christmas Eve. Until then, we are more likely to have to make do with smaller dividends. No more than 8-10 stock holdings that yield about $40 each. One swallow doesn't make a summer.
