New favorite months

Since the pandemic hit the world economy, we have re-evaluated our risk-taking, or in other words "once bitten, twice shy".

Our risk-taking in the portfolios has decreased significantly, although it is still well above average.

From the beginning, our best dividend months have been January, April, April and October. Since repositioning the holdings in the portfolios, our best months have changed to March, June, August and December. Something that was clearly noticed in December 2022.

We take into account mainly five factors when we value a share. Stock price, yield, dollar rate,
ex-dividend date and if it's a monthly or quarterly pay date.

I hope OFS Credit Company Inc. Common Stock (OCCI), Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. Common Stock (OHI) and Simon Property Group Inc. Common Stock (SPG) meets at least 4 of the factors in the coming days.  We need them if we want to improve February as a dividend month.
