I hope the exchange rate is in our favor

Today we bought a small number of shares of Ares Capital Corporation Common Stock (ARCC) and Realty Income Corporation Common Stock (O).

The Ex-Div date for (O) was 29 February, meaning the first dividend will not be made until April 2024. However, the purchase of ARCC meant that we also receive a dividend for these shares in March 2024 as the Ex-Div date for ARCC is March 14. 

This means that the distance to the December 2023 dividend is closing and depending on how strong the SEK is against the USD is currently around $50 now.
